Business Analyst – Hybrid – Immediate Start

About the role

We are partnering with a forward‑thinking healthcare provider in Canterbury to find a mid‑level Business Analyst. The role supports a growing portfolio of digital transformation and process‑improvement initiatives, helping to modernise systems and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and propose optimisation solutions.
• Support delivery of digital projects such as system upgrades and new platform implementations.
• Produce high‑quality documentation including BRDs, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and act as the liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Contribute to UAT, implementation phases and ensure compliance with regulatory and data‑governance standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare (highly desirable).
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
