Business Analyst (Hybrid, Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Cirencester. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support business change initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality business analysis across multiple projects and programmes.
• Gather and document business requirements, working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of workplace change initiatives.
• Communicate analysis outcomes and recommended actions to business partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within change or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
• Effective communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across systems and managing workplace change programmes.
