Business Analyst – Hybrid – Up to £42k

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technology solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate requirements into clear specifications, support data‑driven decision making and help deliver innovative initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple projects.
• Maintain and prioritise requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Produce documentation such as specifications, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product specialists and stakeholders to turn business rules into practical solutions.
• Work with developers, testers and other teams to clarify requirements throughout delivery.
• Support data‑related activities including mapping, validation and quality assurance.
• Engage stakeholders to promote understanding and effective decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery or system change.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation for various delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
