Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IGA)

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join a global Identity Governance & Administration transformation. You will work on implementing One Identity Identity Manager and help standardise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes.
• Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes.
• Gather and define business and technical requirements, including integration with HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM and AD/Entra.
• Support application onboarding, role modelling and access policy definition.
• Document data flows, attribute mappings and provisioning rules.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution and produce key documentation such as BRDs, user stories and process maps.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML and access governance in large, complex global environments.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and map processes.
• Experience with HR system integrations and identity provisioning workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
