About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our financial services SaaS client. You will build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understand their operations and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ businesses, processes and operational challenges.
Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
Investigate data‑related issues and identify suitable solutions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
Work alongside developers throughout design and delivery.
Support implementations for new clients and improvements for existing customers.

Required profile

Previous experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
Strong client‑facing, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience gathering requirements and working with software development teams.
Confidence analysing complex processes, systems and data challenges.
