Business Analyst – Marketing & E‑Commerce Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Technology and Business Process team, supporting a fast‑growing organisation undergoing continuous digital transformation across EMEA. You will partner with the Marketing function to translate strategic objectives into technology and process improvements, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Marketing teams to capture requirements and drive business change initiatives.
• Maintain a roadmap of change requests, projects and process improvements for the B2C function.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Analysts and Development teams to define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation.
• Analyse current and future‑state processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, control and user‑experience gains.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Support the creation and execution of integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, including test scripts and outcome validation.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or Project Manager in technology‑enabled change environments.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, process improvement and end‑to‑end business analysis.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
