About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is outside IR35, hybrid, and requires security clearance, working on‑site near Oxford 2‑3 days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements for IT projects.
- Work within an ITIL/IT Service Management framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders using agile delivery methods.
- Facilitate communication and ensure clarity across project teams.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of Business Analysis experience in IT or related projects.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, Agile BA).
- Current SC clearance or BPSS moving to SC.
Required skills
- ITIL / IT Service Management.
- Agile delivery frameworks.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
