Business Analyst / Project Manager – FX Regulatory (Edinburgh)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports a critical regulatory change programme for a major banking client in Edinburgh. You will work within a dedicated FX regulatory change team, helping the bank adapt to new controls and regulatory requirements affecting its global FX business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change delivery by collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance stakeholders across regions.
• Clarify business requirements, identify problems and propose practical solutions.
• Chair and facilitate meetings and workshops with senior global stakeholders to communicate FX, rates and regulatory initiatives.
• Support the implementation of ISDA FX Definitions updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory or FX regulatory work within banking or securities services.
• Ability to work independently and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to work 2‑3 days per week on‑site in Edinburgh, with the remainder remote.
