Business Analyst – Returners Programme

About the role

Join FDM Group’s Returners Programme as a Business Analyst and re‑enter the workforce after a career break. You will work as a consultant delivering business and technology solutions for global clients across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and consulting services to client projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement technology‑driven solutions.
• Support change, transformation and data‑analytics initiatives as required.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

Required profile

• Career break of at least 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial industry experience.
• Strong interest in both business and technology.
• Commitment to a minimum of two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
