About the role
Join FDM Group’s Returners Programme as a Business Analyst and re‑enter the workforce after a career break. You will work as a consultant delivering business and technology solutions for global clients across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide business analysis and consulting services to client projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement technology‑driven solutions.
- Support change, transformation and data‑analytics initiatives as required.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Required profile
- Career break of at least 12 months.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial industry experience.
- Strong interest in both business and technology.
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
