Business Analyst – Salesforce

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to join our growing, customer‑focused team on a fixed‑term basis. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem and related systems deliver operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture business challenges, objectives and detailed requirements.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories and process maps.
• Support integration, migration and configuration of Salesforce and related business systems.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and design streamlined workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams, acting as the primary liaison.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
