Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Hybrid, £50k)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing wealth management and financial advice firm that is investing heavily in improving its operations and client experience. As a Business Analyst you will help identify and deliver process improvements across the adviser and client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with advisers, paraplanners, operations teams and senior stakeholders to uncover pain points.
• Run workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to map current and future state processes.
• Support project discovery, requirements gathering and the end‑to‑end adviser/client journey from onboarding to annual reviews.
• Analyse operational and client data to measure change impact and surface further opportunities.
• Assist with the development, testing and adoption of the firm’s client portal and related technology solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience within a UK financial advice or wealth management business.
• Deep understanding of the full adviser journey, including onboarding, fact‑finding, suitability, implementation and ongoing service.
• Proven ability to translate operational friction into practical process improvements.
• Experience facilitating workshops and challenging existing ways of working.
