Join one of the UK's top three automotive retailers and take a leading role in our Glasgow Polestar location at the Silverburn Shopping Centre. As a Business and Transaction Manager, you will drive financial performance while ensuring an exceptional customer journey within a premium automotive environment.

Missions principales

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve excellence in sales and service.
• Identify and recommend tailored finance and insurance options to meet customer needs.
• Monitor and optimize finance/insurance performance metrics to hit business targets.
• Manage sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure consistent growth.
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and maintain fair customer treatment standards.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with a diverse client base.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience within the automotive industry is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible rota (42.5 hours per week, including weekends).
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
