About the role
We are supporting a client who needs an experienced Business Architect to join a major enterprise‑wide transformation programme. Following a significant digital transformation, the role will focus on redefining business processes, shaping a new operating model, and ensuring the organisation can realise the benefits of its investment.
Key responsibilities
- Redefine business processes as part of the transformation programme.
- Shape a new operating model to support the organisation's strategic goals.
- Ensure the organisation is positioned to realise the benefits of its transformation investment.
Required profile
- Enterprise‑level Business Architecture experience.
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models.
- Redefining and optimising end‑to‑end business processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile Value Chains and value‑driven delivery.
- Experience working in highly collaborative environments.
- Ability to influence and engage senior business stakeholders.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
