Business Consultant Master Class – Life Sciences (UK)

About the role

Veeva is seeking high‑potential early‑career professionals to join its Master Class program and pivot into Life Sciences consulting. The program serves as an alternative to an MBA, providing hands‑on experience delivering business solutions for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non‑consulting work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven, comfortable digging into operations, numbers, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• High work ethic, integrity, and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
