Business Development Executive – AI Platform (London)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI scale‑up as a Business Development Executive, based in London. You will own your pipeline, build relationships with estate and letting agencies across the UK, and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy for an intelligent platform that transforms property enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and referrals.
• Identify and engage estate agents, letting agents and property businesses across the UK.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and demonstrate platform value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers and convert prospects into customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide regular pipeline forecasts and consistently exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in business development, sales or account executive roles.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and win new clients.
• Confident engaging senior decision‑makers over the phone and in meetings.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset.
