Business Development Executive – B2B Telesales

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B consultancy in Pudsey. You will work alongside experienced consultants, contacting businesses across the UK to introduce a range of partner services and generate qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact businesses across various industry sectors to present partner services.
• Identify and research key decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Generate qualified B2B appointments for Business Development Consultants.
• Build rapport with prospects and understand their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments and outcomes in CRM and spreadsheets.
• Produce daily and weekly reports on activity, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and business development teams and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, outbound sales or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Positive, resilient and self‑motivated attitude.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

What we offer

• Basic salary £26,000‑£28,000 plus uncapped bonus, OTE £35,000+.
• Full‑time, office‑based role (Monday‑Friday) in Pudsey.
