Business Development Executive – Demos Team

About the role

Join the Demos Team in Manchester as a Business Development Executive and drive revenue by presenting our AI‑powered platform to prospective clients. You will work with a dedicated Lead Generation team that fills your calendar, allowing you to focus on consultative selling and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 6‑8 virtual meetings per day via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Present the company’s platform and AI services, understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to support prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with the Lead Generation team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.

• Base salary £35,000 plus OTE up to £100,000 in Year 1 and £200,000 in Year 2.
