Business Development Executive – Essex (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking ambitious Business Development Executives to join our clients across Essex. You will work with well‑established companies in a range of B2B sectors, driving new revenue and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence may be required for some positions.
