Business Development Executive – Graduate Sales Role

About the role

Content Guru is looking for high‑calibre graduates to join its sales team as Business Development Executives. You will sell innovative cloud communication and CX solutions to global customers, attend events and trade shows, and receive industry‑leading training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product and technology knowledge, stay aware of industry developments, and articulate business advantages to customers and colleagues.
• Create and maintain documented account development plans, achieve revenue and margin targets, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, promote additional services, and coordinate internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Lead bid and tender processes, collaborating with presales, delivery and support teams to deliver high‑quality proposals on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail or other customer‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team to deliver projects or tasks.
• Demonstrable interest and experience in selling a product or concept.
• Experience using a CRM or similar tool.
• IT/telecoms experience.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Well‑presented, confident communicator with numeracy and attention to detail.
• Tenacious attitude with a willingness to put in the effort to achieve targets.
