Business Development Executive – Healthcare Sector

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join a fast‑growing specialist business in the care home and hospice sector. You will be the engine that drives new opportunities, turning cold leads into qualified meetings for our field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound outreach and market research.
• Book high‑quality meetings for field‑based sales representatives.
• Engage decision‑makers within target organisations and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound interest into sales opportunities.
• Support deals through the pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data entry.

Required profile

• Resilient, energetic and target‑driven individual.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
