Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing technology solutions provider in central London. This role is a development pathway into a field‑based sales position, offering exposure to the full B2B sales lifecycle across managed services, cyber security, cloud and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers across multiple sectors.
• Research target organisations and key decision makers.
• Generate qualified opportunities for senior sales professionals.
• Build multi‑channel prospecting campaigns using phone, email, social media and video.
• Leverage AI‑powered sales tools, CRM and data‑enrichment platforms to nurture leads.
• Develop relationships with senior decision makers and understand their challenges.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams and continuously improve prospecting approaches.

Required profile

• Ambitious individual eager to build a career in B2B technology sales.
• Willingness to learn from experienced sales professionals and follow a structured coaching programme.
• Strong interest in technology sectors such as managed services, cyber security, cloud and digital transformation.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in a fast‑paced environment.
