Business Development Executive

About the role

This position sits within a top‑tier global law firm and works closely with the Business Development Manager and partners. You will help shape and deliver the firm’s business development and marketing strategy, supporting client development initiatives, campaigns, events and profile‑raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive initiatives across profile building, client retention, new client targeting and sector growth.
• Collaborate with specialist teams such as Marketing, Digital, Communications, PR, Events, CRM, Client Services, Bids and Responsible Business.
• Maintain and enrich client relationships, prepare tailored pitch documents and ensure accurate client data in the CRM system.
• Support the planning and delivery of sector‑specific campaigns, events and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in broad‑ranging marketing roles, preferably within the legal or real‑estate sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to other UK offices when required.
• Client‑focused mindset and strong collaborative abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for data management.
