Business Development Executive

About the role

Responsive Personnel is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new client relationships across its Industrial and Hospitality divisions. You will be the front‑line driver of growth, turning conversations into contracts while supported by dedicated internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that are not yet partners with Responsive Personnel.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in the Industrial and Hospitality sectors.
• Negotiate charge rates and commercial terms to secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with consultants to pinpoint high‑potential opportunities.
• Maintain an active, organised pipeline and ensure daily progress.

• Enthusiastic about winning new business and handling rejection positively.
• Confident negotiator at all organisational levels.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
• Committed to building lasting client relationships.
