Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Dartford office. The role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and generating high‑quality appointments for the wider team. You will work in a supportive, training‑rich environment with clear targets and attractive commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to engage prospective customers.
• Build rapport quickly, ask structured questions and uncover client needs.
• Generate interest and book high‑quality appointments for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships, not just one‑off contacts.
• Log all activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities and follow up consistently.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers.
• Resilient, upbeat and able to thrive in a busy call‑led environment.
• Curious and able to ask the right questions and listen well.
• Motivated by progression, continuous learning and meeting targets.
• Experience in outbound calling or customer engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM to record activity.
