Business Development Executive

About the role

PANTA is launching its groundbreaking PANTA LAB and PANTA Engine solutions and needs a Business Development Executive to drive the go‑to‑market strategy. You will work closely with asset managers, ETF issuers, wealth managers and index providers to expand adoption of the Index Operating System.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute sales strategies targeting asset & wealth managers and index providers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across key target accounts.
• Articulate PANTA's value proposition to C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development.
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Build relationships with industry partners and contribute to ecosystem development.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful enterprise sales experience in financial services technology.
• Proven track record selling to asset managers, ETF issuers and related ecosystem players.
• Strong understanding of index investing, ETF structures and financial data ecosystems.
• Ability to discuss technical aspects of financial infrastructure with both business and technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Experience with inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
