Business Development Executive

About the role

This position supports a rapidly expanding residential conveyancing law firm. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and help convert enquiries into matters, working closely with partners and estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise client quotes to aid matter conversion.
• Act as the initial contact for prospective clients, handling a high volume of calls.
• Liaise with estate agents and keep them updated under partner supervision.
• Support broader business development initiatives and attend networking events.
• Visit agents and assist in organising client and agent events.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence managing a high volume of inbound calls.
• Proactive, "can‑do" attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• Previous business development, sales, or property experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
