About the role

Join a fast‑growing SaaS team as a Business Development Executive based in central Leeds. This is an entry‑level opportunity to break into software sales, with a clear path to higher earnings and promotion.

Key responsibilities

Make 30 fully researched outbound calls each day.
Target at least two closed deals per day.
Generate and qualify new SaaS leads.
Maintain a pipeline and track activity in the CRM.
Collaborate with team leaders to meet weekly and monthly quotas.

Required profile

Proven experience in a target‑driven sales environment (e.g., telesales, recruitment, estate agency, car sales).
Resilient, high‑energy and motivated to over‑achieve.
Strong work ethic and ability to hit the ground running.

Required skills

Base salary £30,000 per year.
Realistic Year 1 OTE of £47,000 (top performers £55,000) and Year 2 OTE £70,000+.
