Business Development Executive – Sales & Client Acquisition

About the role

Join a fast‑growing sales team as a Business Development Executive. You will work from our Harlow office, Monday to Friday, engaging new prospects and turning leads into lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and sourced contacts.
• Book meetings and appointments on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet targets and share best practices.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Participate in regular support meetings, performance reviews and post‑sale administration.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a passion for speaking to new clients.
• Motivated, resilient and driven to achieve results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Ability to work office‑based hours with some flexibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
