Business Development Executive – US Market (London)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales for a premium non‑alcoholic drinks brand targeting the US market. Based in a central London office, you will spend your day on the phone prospecting, qualifying and closing deals with US‑based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and inbound lead handling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct high volumes of customer calls and follow‑up consistently.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on market insights and opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with customers on the phone.
• Resilient, eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to ask the right questions.
• Capability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
