About the role

The Business Development Graduate Scheme offers recent graduates the chance to launch a career in commercial sales within a fast‑growing healthcare product distributor. You will work across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and prepare for future progression.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable operating in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
