Business Development Lead - RF/Radar/Space

About the role

Business Development Lead responsible for driving new business opportunities in RF, radar, satellite and space communications for a technical consultancy. The role combines technical understanding with commercial strategy to develop and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across RF, radar, sensing and space sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their strategic and technical challenges.
• Create and manage sales pipelines, lead generation and commercial proposals.
• Deliver presentations and sales campaigns to promote technology solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to commercialise products and services.

Required profile

• Engineering or Physics degree.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in business development or commercial sales.
• Background in wireless communications, RF systems, radar, sensing, satellite or space industries.
• Proven track record of establishing new client relationships and closing deals.

Required skills

• RF and radar technology knowledge.
• Satellite and space communications understanding.
