Business Development Manager – Advertising Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to own a territory in the North East of England. You will work with a recognised brand, meeting business owners and senior decision‑makers to deliver advertising and marketing solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Meet with business owners and decision‑makers to understand marketing objectives.
• Recommend tailored advertising and marketing solutions that deliver commercial value.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and market research.
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Track record of generating new business and meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage your own workload independently.
• Target‑driven mindset and genuine passion for sales.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
