Business Development Manager – AI-Powered Security Testing

About the role

We are seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth for an AI‑powered security testing platform. You will help organisations shift from annual penetration tests to continuous, real‑time application security testing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, outreach and events.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity in AppSec.
• Identify and develop partnerships with MSSPs and pentest firms for white‑label solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and sales collateral.
• Represent the company at UK and international events.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling cybersecurity, SaaS or developer‑tooling solutions.
• Strong understanding of the application security landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for CISOs, security engineers and developers.
• Relationship‑builder with a results‑driven, self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable selling to both security and engineering stakeholders.
