Business Development Manager – AI SaaS

About the role

Recruitified AI is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its AI‑powered recruitment platform across multiple regions. You will generate new business, build strategic relationships with recruitment agencies and enterprise HR teams, and convert prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Build and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, staffing companies, and corporate HR departments.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the Recruitified AI platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Develop strategic partnerships within your assigned territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback.
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, SaaS sales, recruitment technology, HR technology, or enterprise software.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience selling software subscriptions or technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Existing network in the recruitment industry is a plus.
