Business Development Manager – B2B Sales (London)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Business Development Manager to sell our premium online compliance and information platform to accountancy practices across the UK. You will work from our Blackfriars office, delivering online product demos and building a pipeline of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Run engaging online product demonstrations for prospects.
• Generate new leads through daily outreach and networking with accountants and referral partners.
• Maintain an accurate, organized sales pipeline and track progress.
• Achieve monthly targets of 21 contract sales and £170k revenue growth.
• Collaborate with a dedicated sales partner to secure warm leads and book demos.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience closing deals via online product demonstrations.
• Consultative selling style focused on value rather than price.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to business owners, directors and finance managers.
