Business Development Manager – Blinds & Shutters (South East England)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead field sales of blinds, shutters and related window coverings across the South East of England, south of the Thames. You will work directly with trade partners, installers and designers to grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve turnover targets within the assigned territory.
• Sell a manufactured range of window coverings directly to trade customers, including installers, contractors, sub‑contractors and interior designers.
• Plan and manage your own diary to maximise client visits and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and provide product expertise.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience selling directly to the trade.
• Background in selling blinds, shutters, curtains, drapes or other window‑covering products.
• Self‑motivated with a genuine hunger for results and a tenacious approach.
• Team‑player who can work independently and manage a busy schedule.
