Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established short‑term property finance lender to expand its presence across the North West of England. The Business Development Manager will promote the company’s bridging finance products, build strong relationships with intermediaries and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and developers throughout the UK.
• Generate new business by targeting funding opportunities within an extensive database of intermediaries and investors.
• Manage client relationships to ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of funding applications, from initial request to completion.
• Maintain award‑winning service standards across all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in secured lending or residential mortgage markets.
• Good knowledge of the bridging finance market.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional telephone manner and a passion for property.
• Proven experience managing client and broker relationships.
