Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to champion our Bridging Finance products. Working remotely, you will expand our network of mortgage and finance brokers and drive revenue growth for a leading property finance lender.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage and finance brokers.
• Promote bridging finance solutions through presentations, phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden the intermediary network.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions and in‑person meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in bridging finance.
• Deep understanding of bridging finance products and the intermediary market.
• Established network of mortgage and specialist finance brokers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident virtual and face‑to‑face presence.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
