Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (Remote/Field)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our bridging finance portfolio. Working from home and visiting clients in the field, you will generate new lending opportunities across residential, commercial and auction finance.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and expand bridging finance business across residential, commercial, semi‑commercial and auction segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and specialist finance intermediaries.
• Promote our bridging products through presentations, phone calls, virtual meetings and face‑to‑face visits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden our intermediary network.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to raise the lender’s profile.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of originating bridging finance deals across multiple sectors.
• Established network of mortgage and specialist finance brokers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑starter comfortable working autonomously in a home‑based and field‑based environment.
• Confidence delivering virtual presentations and attending in‑person events.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
