Business Development Manager – Building Monitoring Systems

About the role

Join a market‑leading provider of building monitoring systems and help expand its UK footprint. You will sell innovative technology to contractors, end users and facilities management companies across London, driving market share and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s monitoring solutions to contractors, FM firms and end users.
• Develop existing accounts while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
• Understand building life‑cycle needs and position the product’s unique advantages.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall UK growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technical solutions to contractors and end users.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and curious about building performance.
• Confident communicator with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Background in sectors such as lighting, controls, fire & security, BMS or HVAC.
