Business Development Manager – Business Mobile Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to sell business mobile solutions to B2B organisations across the UK. The role focuses on converting pre‑qualified opportunities into signed contracts, with no cold‑calling or lead generation required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warm, qualified sales opportunities from enquiry through to contract signing.
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospects via phone, Microsoft Teams or face‑to‑face.
• Present tailored business mobile solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and forecast sales performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling business mobile solutions to B2B customers.
• Strong commercial negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable delivering sales pitches over the phone, Teams and in person.
• Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer meetings.
