Business Development Manager – Corporate Memberships

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing premium fitness and wellbeing provider located in St James’s, London. They are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand their corporate membership portfolio across Central London, Mayfair and surrounding business districts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a corporate growth strategy to acquire new corporate clients.
• Identify, engage and negotiate with senior decision‑makers such as HR Directors, Office Managers and People & Wellbeing teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, including delivery of trial programmes.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships to maximise retention.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a high‑quality client experience.
• Track pipeline activity, sales performance and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B business development or corporate sales.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
