Business Development Manager – End Users (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive specification sales of advanced electrical and electronic monitoring and testing systems to contractors, consultants and end‑users across London. You will act as the technical liaison between our innovative product range and key decision‑makers in the mechanical & electrical (M&E) and facilities management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with M&E consultants, facility managers and end‑users to promote our monitoring and testing solutions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of specification opportunities within the London market.
• Present technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations and support tender processes.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the UK business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in specification sales within the M&E, FM or related technical sectors.
• Established network of contacts in London’s construction, engineering and facilities management communities.
• Strong understanding of technical solutions such as lighting, controls, fire & security, and building management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
