Business Development Manager – Field Sales

About the role

We are expanding our Managed Services Sales division and need a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the Crawley, Maidstone and Guildford area. This field‑based role focuses on acquiring new B2B customers and growing existing accounts for Wireless CCTV’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business by prospecting, leveraging existing contacts and building a personal pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, spotting opportunities for repeat sales and upsells.
• Own the complete sales cycle – from first contact through presentations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a fast‑paced, short‑cycle environment.
• Provide tailored CCTV and managed‑service solutions that address customer needs and add value.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and activity reports to ensure pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of field‑sales experience in rental, hire, leasing models or other high‑volume, short‑cycle sales environments.
• Demonstrated “hunter” mentality with a proven record of winning new accounts and surpassing targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel across the designated region.
