Business Development Manager – FMCG (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join a market‑leading FMCG company that ships products internationally. The role is autonomous, hybrid and offers the chance to build your own pipeline, travel abroad and significantly increase earnings through a generous commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own diary and generate new leads across the UK and overseas.
• Build and nurture client accounts from initial contact to long‑term partnership.
• Conduct client visits, both face‑to‑face and via Teams, to present product solutions.
• Travel internationally to meet potential customers and expand market reach.
• Maintain a cold desk focused on new business development.

Required profile

• Proven history of developing new business in FMCG, medical or a similar sector.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Peterborough.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a remote‑friendly environment.
