Business Development Manager – German Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a fluent German‑speaking Business Development Manager to join a leading Destination Management Company in London. The role focuses on sourcing, costing and quoting group tours from German travel partners for the UK and Ireland market, working on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound group tour enquiries from German partners, from initial quote to confirmed booking.
• Create detailed technical itineraries, ensuring accurate rates and budgets are entered into the system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee smooth delivery of confirmed groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal colleagues.
• Prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a UK/Ireland inbound operator, specifically in a groups role.
• Native‑level fluency in German.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland.

Required skills

• Fluency in German (native level).

What we offer

• Base salary up to £45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
