Business Development Manager - HVAC Products

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead field sales of high‑quality mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems across London, the South East and East Anglia. You will work directly with architects, M&E consultants, contractors and housing developers to generate specifications and win projects.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a manufactured range of mechanical ventilation, heat recovery and related HVAC products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with national electrical wholesalers.
• Target projects ranging from £50k to £500k, including high‑rise residential, apartments, hotels and more.
• Generate specifications with M&E consultants, building services consultants, architects and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to M&E consultants, contractors or building services consultants (preferred but not essential).
• Track record of selling HVAC products such as ventilation systems, heat recovery units, ducting, air handling units, extract fans, boilers and related equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery solutions.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented and energetic.
