Business Development Manager – Infusion Devices

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of premium ambulatory infusion technology across the South East of the UK. You will own a high‑potential territory, working directly with hospitals, anaesthetists and pain management teams to increase adoption of clinically proven infusion devices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS acute settings.
• Build and present clinical and economic value‑based arguments to key stakeholders.
• Manage both capital equipment and consumable sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Act as the business owner for your territory, driving revenue and market share.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth plans.

Required profile

• Proven track record in medical device sales within the NHS, preferably in acute care.
• Self‑starter with a high‑energy, results‑focused attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and meet or surpass targets.
• Strong communication skills, credible and professional demeanor.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
