Business Development Manager – Insights & Performance Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new business and manage existing client relationships for a market‑leading provider of market intelligence and performance data serving the legal sector. This hybrid role works four days a week from the central London office and one day remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business for a portfolio of solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing accounts, leading renewals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Work closely with internal Marketing & Content teams.
• Occasional travel to client meetings, events and conferences.
• Provide prospects with proposals and product demonstrations.
• Log sales pipeline forecasting and produce monthly reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of running the full B2B sales cycle (closing sales).
• Experience in self‑generating leads.
• Background in media, software, professional services, events sales or similar industries.
• Able to commute to London four days per week.
