Business Development Manager – Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a leading interior design company serving the UK. Based in Frome with a hybrid working model, you will help grow the business by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities across the UK market.
• Present proposals to prospective clients and build trust.
• Manage client accounts to ensure high‑quality service and satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to deliver client briefs.
• Track and record all customer‑related activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during and after projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
• Excellent communication, organisation and numeracy skills.
• Interest in interior design and, ideally, experience with hotel projects.
• Clean driving licence for client‑site visits.
